Heidi Jackson is a Singer/songwriter, Composer, and multi-instrumentalist from Eastern Washington. She is now studying for her bachelor’s degree in music in Nashville. She writes both classical and contemporary music, believing they are both equally important to her, and valuable in their own way.

Heidi started singing as a very young child, and she wrote her first song at age 7. Songwriting became more natural to her as she grew up. In her teen years, she enjoyed playing oboe for her school’s band, and being on the worship team at her church.

In her first few years of adulthood, she discovered her fascination with music theory and her love of orchestration. She has composed vocal pieces, instrumental solos, chamber pieces, symphony orchestra pieces, and electronic compositions. She also continues to write songs in many genres, including pop, folk, CCM, musical theatre, and jazz. She hopes to continue songwriting and composing, and to expand her horizons to writing for advertisements, games, and more!

In her free-time, Heidi loves reading, creative writing, and walks in nature. She also loves animals, and drinking tea.
